• Performing dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive hygiene services
• Conducting patient assessments, periodontal charting, and medical history reviews
• Taking and processing digital dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations
• Educating patients on oral hygiene techniques, home care, and preventive treatment
• Assisting with periodontal therapy and non-surgical treatments
• Maintaining accurate clinical notes and patient documentation
• Following sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols
• Supporting efficient patient flow and schedule management
• Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients and team members
• Using dental software and digital charting systems

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Radiation safety or dental X-ray certification as required by state law
• Knowledge of infection control standards, OSHA guidelines, and HIPAA compliance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care
• Professional, patient-friendly communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the dental team
